1. Shoulder Mobility Drills

2. Band Pull-Aparts
This exercise targets the upper back and rear deltoids, promoting shoulder stability. Using a resistance band, stand with arms extended in front of you and pull the band apart while maintaining straight arms. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together; this helps counteract the effects of poor posture.
3. Dumbbell Overhead Press
The dumbbell overhead press is excellent for building shoulder strength. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, and push upward until your arms are fully extended. This exercise not only builds strength but also improves functional stability.
4. External Rotations
Shoulder external rotations target the rotator cuff muscles, which are essential for proper shoulder function. Using a light dumbbell, keep your elbow at a 90-degree angle and rotate the arm outward. Perform this movement slowly to ensure control and engage the right muscles.
